01 · What we do
Purpose-built tools for complex operational environments, from spec to ship.
Fast, maintainable web platforms and sites that hold up under real use.
Native apps for crews, dispatchers and travelers, designed for the line.
Dispatch, fleet and training software, built by someone who has worked the desk.
Aviation and operations consulting, offered when it makes the software better.
Documentation and training material engineered with the same rigor as code.
02 · Focus
Aviation taught us how software behaves when the stakes are real, from the flight deck and the cabin to operational control and the ramp. That discipline carries into everything we build: ops and training tools today, whatever presents a genuine need tomorrow. We follow the opportunity, not the category.
03 · About
Dan Reynolds is a software developer and technologist with deep roots in aviation. Over his airline career he worked much of the operation firsthand, from the ticket counter, gates, and ramp to the cabin and the training department, along with safety and supervisory roles. His last and one of his longest chapters was in operational control, as a dispatcher and dispatch coordinator. That end-to-end view of how an airline actually runs informs how he builds software for complex operational environments. He holds a B.A. in General Studies with an Essentials of IT concentration.
At Invictus AeroTech, Dan leads software, web and app development, pairing technical expertise with firsthand knowledge of airline operations to build products for aviation and travel first, and for any industry where the work leads. The Nevada corporation continues a practice he began under Invictus AeroTech LLC, the California company he ran from 2022 through 2025. Through that firm he consulted for an airline operator, helping add a new aircraft type to its certificate, stand up extended overwater and international operations spanning much of the world, keep its manuals and training up to date, and take its records and paperwork paperless, from digitized records to electronic signatures.
Dan has served on the Board of Directors of an aviation-focused Diversity and Inclusion organization. He is also co-founder, Managing Director, and software developer at Invictus Flugtechnik GmbH, an independent Berlin-based software and consulting company pursuing the same craft in Europe.
